Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to Somea, a content workflow product for teams that create, review, schedule, publish, and learn from social content using their own visual library. By using Somea, creating an account, joining a space, or connecting a third-party service, you agree to these terms.
If you use Somea for a company, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization and to connect the accounts and assets you bring into the product.
What Somea does
Somea helps users organize brand-owned media, generate editorial directions, prepare captions, review drafts, schedule content, publish to connected channels where supported, and connect performance signals back to the source assets.
Somea is not a replacement for your editorial judgment. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs, captions, media choices, schedules, and posts before publishing or approving work.
Accounts, spaces, and team access
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and making sure invited team members and clients have appropriate permissions inside each space.
Activity taken from your account or by users you invite may be treated as authorized unless you notify us that the account or space has been compromised.
Connected services
Somea may connect to services such as Google Drive, Instagram, Facebook, and other social or storage providers. When you connect a service, you authorize Somea to access and process the information needed to provide the workflow you request.
Your use of connected services is also governed by those providers' terms and policies. You are responsible for keeping connected accounts in good standing and for complying with platform rules for posting, analytics, permissions, and data use.
Your content and rights
You keep ownership of photos, videos, captions, prompts, brand guidance, account data, and other materials you provide. You grant Somea a limited permission to host, process, display, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the product.
Do not upload, generate, approve, or publish content unless you have the rights, permissions, releases, and licenses needed to use it for the intended channel and audience.
AI-assisted outputs
Somea may use AI systems to search assets, suggest editorial directions, draft copy, summarize content, or assist with planning. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for checking outputs before relying on them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Somea to break the law, violate platform policies, infringe rights, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, scrape or reverse engineer the product, or publish deceptive, harmful, or unlawful material.
We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect users, connected services, the product, or legal compliance.
Availability and changes
Somea is evolving and may include beta features. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove features, integrations, limits, or workflows as the product develops or as third-party platform requirements change.
Disclaimers and liability
Somea is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, publishing outcomes, platform enforcement, or business interruption.
